3. Products & Specifications

4. Orders & Acceptance
• Orders are binding only after written confirmation from the Company.

5. Pricing & Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, and local taxes of his country.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
7. Inspection & Quality Claims

• Claims for shortages, damages, or quality issues must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
• The Company’s liability is limited to replacement of goods or credit note at its discretion.
• The Company shall not be responsible for indirect or project-related losses.
8. Returns & Cancellations
• Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from the Company.
• Custom, made-to-order, or special products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Order cancellations may result in cancellation charges.
9. Warranties & Liability
• Products are supplied in line with basic quality standards of the industry.
• The Company provides no warranty beyond stated specifications.
• Liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.
• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
• All website content, brand logos, product images, catalogs, and marketing material are the intellectual property of Quarvia by HVSS Overseas.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.
11. Compliance & Export Control
• The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with import regulations, permits, and duties in their respective country.
• The Company is not responsible for goods seized, delayed, or restricted by customs or government authorities.
12. Force Majeure
• The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, war, trade restrictions, or transportation delays.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
• In the absence of arbitration, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, India.
14. Amendments
• The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the website or business dealings with the Company shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
